ToolCover Stability is a comprehensive service model for preventive maintenance of tools. In addition to an annual maintenance and tool test, repairs and spare parts as well as warranty are included throughout the contract period - all at a fixed price per tool and year.Optimize your tools - minimize your costs.

Scope of Service

** ALTURE Maintain is an application to optimize the use of your tool data for maintenance management. ALTURE® is a cloud-based subscription service. For more details, please refer to the contract document and the terms and conditions that are part of the contract.

ALTURE Maintain is delivered via an application on smartphones (iOS or Android) or alternatively web-based. Licenses for ALTURE: Maintain are one-time and tied to an individual's Active Directory account. We do everything we can to get the best out of your EC tools that are connected to an Atlas Copco controller (PF4000, PF6000, PF8, PowerMacs). There are minimum requirements for the respective firmware or settings in the controllers, which may need to be updated when connected to ALTURE. Additional costs may arise due to required firmware updates. Tools currently reporting in ALTURE : Maintain: MT, DS, ETX, ICB, ITB, IXB, QMX, QST, S, SL, SR, SRB, ST, STB, STR, TBP, TBPS

Warranty

The material used is covered by the statutory warranty period. Atlas Copco provides an additional warranty of 12 months for the entire tool, but max. 250,000 tightening cycles after maintenance has been carried out, whichever occurs first. Damage caused by disregard of the specifications, incorrect use or incorrect handling of the tool is excluded from the warranty.The full service warranty ends with a tool age of 7 years or max. 5 million tightening cycles. Preventive maintenance can be continued on request, but in this case repairs will be charged separately and according to expenditure. * Damage to the tool due to external influences, e.g. gross damage exceeding the normal operating dimensions, transport damage due to improper packaging, repairs to geared offset heads, cables, controls and attachments are not included in this contract. Tools not listed in the service contract will be serviced and repaired at cost. If the number of tightening cycles mentioned per tool is exceeded between the maintenance intervals, the warranty will expire. In this case, repairs will be charged on a time and material basis. No warranty is provided for tools that have not yet been serviced or not serviced regularly.
